If you are not satisfied with the quality of the treasure you’ve selected, we will exchange it at no cost to you. To be eligible for an exchange, your treasure must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Custom Products: Your custom product is made to order, and we cannot accept returns. The exception is if the product was made incorrectly. Please contact please contact us at yourbffcloset@outlook.comfor information regarding a defective product.
If you are not happy with your treasure and would like a refund, please contact us at yourbffcloset@outlook.com regarding its return. Once we have received and inspected your returned treasure, we will immediately contact you on the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
Your order is processed and shipped out within 7 days, unless otherwise stated in the description. It will arrive through the United States Postal Service (USPS) via Priority Mail. We charge a flat rate of $8.6 to ship all orders up to $50 and after that shipping is FREE.
